This website is operated by Br.brands Import and Distribution Pty Ltd, ABN 84 601 713 044 ('Br.brands', 'We').

This website and online store (our 'Website'), is a channel for customers to place orders for products we have available for purchase.

Br.brands will not be liable if, for any reason, the Website is not available at any time, for any period of time. Br.brands reserves the right to limit or restrict access to certain functionality, webpages, or the entirety of the Website

 
Product Warranty

Product information: effort is made to display accurately the colours of products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, there is no guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. 
All sizes and measurements stated are approximates and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. 
All reasonable care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Br.brands reserves the right to refuse orders where product information has been published in error. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian dollars.

Ordering Methods

Br.brands does not accept orders via phone, fax or email. All prices are GST inclusive. An order for goods is accepted at the time of entering of your credit card of Paypal details. Payment will be validated and accepted at real time. Goods are subject to availability. If a good/goods you have ordered is/are out of stock or delayed, you shall be notified within 2 working days and if we are not able to fulfil your order your payment will be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account used for the transaction.

Delivery Charges and Methods

Australia

FREE DELIVERY to orders over $50.00 AUD within Australia. Orders under $50.00 AUD will be charged $10 shipping. All orders are sent by Australia Post. 
Delivery may take from 1 to 7 working days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING is available for all orders within Australia. Orders will be charged $15 AUD flat rate. Orders must be placed before 10am for same day  dispatch otherwise order will be dispatched on the next business day. Next day delivery is only available for postcodes within Australia Post's express post network. Please check with Australia Post if your postcode is within the express post network.

New Zealand

$15 AUD flat rate shipping to addresses within New Zealand or free shipping for orders over $250 AUD. All orders are sent via Registered Post (Australia Post).
Delivery may take from 1 to 7 working days.

International

$30 AUD flat rate shipping on international orders or free shipping for orders over $250 AUD. All orders are sent via Registered Post (Australia Post).
Delivery may take up to 14 working days.

Orders are dispatched from our Warehouse (located in Sydney) on the next business day for all orders received electronically by 11am each day. 



POSTAGE CHARGES APPLY TO ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS, THE ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED.



When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the bag/carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the bag/carton to show some wear, however if damage did occur contact our sales team immediately at info@brasilfit.com.au. Please have your order or invoice number available.

Changing or Canceling your Order

Once you have clicked “process payment” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to it. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them sent to you as soon as possible. 
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please send an email immediately to info@brasilfit.com.au and refer to your order/invoice number. Please specify the changes you would like made.

Online Store Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund please fill in the EXCHANGE and RETURN FORM and return the item(s) within 14 days from original dispatch. 
Goods must be returned with the EXCHANGE and RETURN FORM to:

Please read the following to ensure that the goods you return are received hassle-free:

Acceptance of returned goods is subject to the goods being inspected at our warehouse and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original and undamaged condition.

For hygienic purposes, when trying on garments please ensure that you do so over your own underwear. Goods marked with makeup will be rejected. Goods smelling of perfume will be rejected.

Failure to comply with these terms will result in the return being rejected when inspected by our quality control team. 
Do not remove any labels, swing tags or accessories until you are happy with your purchase. Doing so may invalidate the acceptance of your return.It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns and either insure your delivery for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once the garments have been received and inspected at the warehouse. You will be contacted by a team member to receive your credit card details if necessary in order to process the refund. 
Free shipping on replacement items applies for local exchange. Overseas exchanges will incur an extra postage charge.
Exchanges and refunds may then take up to 5 working days after receiving goods back at our warehouse. An email will be sent to you confirming that the exchange or refund has been processed.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding delivery (when applicable). Once the refund has been processed, a copy of the receipt will be sent to you by email.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping charge.

Faulty Items

Goods are inspected before packing to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately. Mail your purchase, original receipt and the EXCHANGE and RETURN FORM to:

Goods will be assessed by our quality control and you will be contacted by a team member. Process may take up to 5 working days after receiving goods back at our warehouse.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns and either insure your delivery for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

If goods are deemed faulty, a refund, credit note, or exchange will be available.

Sale Items and Gift Packs

All sale items purchases are final and no exchanges, credit notes or refunds will be made except in the case of faulty garments. No refunds or exchanges will be given for change of mind on sale items. 
Sale items and gift packs cannot be combined with any other discount promo codes. No extra discounts apply.

Promotional Vouchers (free)

Promotional Gift Vouchers are vouchers offered as a gift from time to time. Promotional Vouchers are redeemable online on full priced items only. It is not valid when purchasing paid Gift Vouchers.

Not redeemable for cash, must be completed in one transaction and not in conjunction with any other offer. One vouchers per transaction only. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

Specific terms and conditions will apply to each promotion containing a free voucher.

Please note that all promotions are automated and we cannot take responsibility for an order where the code has not been applied at the time of purchase.
